Our Mission
At J&J Healing Journeys, our mission is to provide compassionate, inclusive, whole person healing experiences through counseling, retreats, sound healing, shamanic work, and spiritual journeys. We believe that through being fully present with people as an authentic grounded witness, profound healing can take place. Our approach to healing weaves in somatic embodied therapies, shamanic wisdom, practices in nature and with Earth energy, trauma informed care, movement, breathwork, and experiential creative process. Each individual is honored and celebrated for their unique wisdom that they carry, and our goal is to help you tap into that, so that you may transform your life and heal your soul. Jessica and Jennifer are both highly trained spiritual practitioners. They have studied and trained extensively in Shamanic Healing, Chakra Healing, and Reiki. They work with spirit of the Earth, Ancestors, animal guides, elements, angels and ascended masters, to name a few, to help facilitate deep and profound healings and provide transformative messages of wisdom.
