Our Mission
At J&J Healing Journeys, our mission is to provide compassionate, inclusive, whole person healing experiences through counseling, retreats, sound healing, shamanic work, and spiritual journeys. We believe that through being fully present with people as an authentic grounded witness, profound healing can take place. Our approach to healing weaves in somatic embodied therapies, shamanic wisdom, practices in nature and with Earth energy, trauma informed care, movement, breathwork, and experiential creative process. Each individual is honored and celebrated for their unique wisdom that they carry, and our goal is to help you tap into that, so that you may transform your life and heal your soul. Jessica and Jennifer have been working side by side for over 12 years, dedicated to bringing cutting-edge holistic therapy and high-quality trauma healing services to their community. With a shared passion for deep, transformative work, they have facilitated 24 powerful retreats and offered countless sound healing sessions that have touched the lives of many. Their training spans a wide range of healing modalities, including experiential therapy, shamanic practices, chakra healing, and Reiki. Together, they create safe, sacred spaces for profound emotional release, spiritual connection, and lasting transformation.

Sound Healing
Jennifer and Jessica offer monthly sound healing events at on the First Friday of every month. from 6-8pm. Enter a healing journey with the beautiful sounds of our 3 planetary gongs, crystal quartz singing bowls and healing chimes.
Shamanic Wisdom/Spiritual Healings
Jessica and Jennifer are both highly trained spiritual practitioners. They have studied and trained extensively in Shamanic Healing, Chakra Healing, and Reiki. They work with spirit of the Earth Gia, Ancestors, animal guides, elements, angels and ascended masters to help facilitate deep and profound healings and provide transformative mes

Each planetary gong—tuned to the cosmic frequencies of celestial bodies—resonates with specific energies that work on a cellular level, releasing tension, balancing energy centers, and promoting profound states of inner peace.
